Q:Can I register directly via Google Forms?
Yes! Over the years, Camp Metta has utilized Google Forms for family camps, day retreats, and workshops. You can open any active retreat form in the "Google Forms Hub" tab above to submit your response directly into our registration roster.
Q:How can I make a payment or camp donation?
We accept donations and camp fee contributions via: 1) Venmo: @CampMetta, 2) Zelle to campmetta@gmail.com, 3) Cash/check at the check-in desk payable to CAMP METTA, Inc., and 4) Corporate employer matching gifts with EIN# 82-2863538.
Q:What is the Campership Financial Aid policy?
Camp Metta is committed to serving every interested youth regardless of financial background. We offer confidential, dignity-honoring partial and full tuition sponsorships supported by our generous community donors. Simply select your aid preference on the form—no intrusive financial paperwork is required.
Q:What is the refund and cancellation policy?
Cancellations made prior to June 30 receive a 100% refund minus a $25 administrative processing fee. Cancellations between July 1 and July 15 receive a 50% refund. Cancellations after July 15 due to medical emergencies will receive credit towards future Camp Metta retreats.
Q:Are all meals vegetarian?
Yes! All meals at Camp Metta are 100% wholesome, balanced, and vegetarian or vegan, lovingly prepared by experienced culinary volunteers. We easily accommodate dairy-free, gluten-free, egg-free, and nut-free diets with dedicated prep areas.
Q:Can friends or siblings room together in cabins?
Yes! In the registration form, enter up to two cabin mate requests. As long as campers are in the same general age division (Junior 12–14 or Senior 15–18) and mutually request each other, we guarantee bunking together.
Q:What if my child has daily medication?
Our registered camp health coordinator manages and securely stores all prescription medications in our central first aid lodge. Parents check in medications during Friday arrival with full dosing schedules.
